At the moment, I am loving the colour nude. It matches well with other colours (especially black, white & grey) and is great for this hot, scorching weather. But… what colour is nude?
Some associate it with a pale coffee or rose, off-white, blush or porcelain and golden colours. It is also known as skin colour, but everyone’s skin tone is so different. Nude is actually a combination of colour pallets, making a good colour for most people. For fashion purposes, Nola.com describes it perfectly as a shade a little darker than champagne, lighter than sand and perhaps with a hint of blush or peach.
I designed a gorgeous soft tulle skirt in nude with a broad gold elastic band – pairing it with a Victorian style crop jacket. Further, accessorising it with diamante flower chain from Mr Price.
Another favourite that is now a staple is my weekly wardrobe is nude pumps from Dolce Vita.
